Welcome to the TriskelionSocial Podcast: Tambayan — the digital space for stories, conversations, and voices from the hosts and members of our community. More than just a podcast page, this is a virtual gathering place where the spirit of the chapter tambayan comes alive online. From chapter life and leadership to personal growth, career journeys, and service to the fraternity and sorority, each episode brings real talk, meaningful insights, and authentic conversations from voices who have lived the experience and continue to serve the brotherhood and sisterhood in various capacities.

The Tambayan Podcast is currently hosted by Mike Salzsieder, former officer of the National Council, who first served as the National Secretary for Membership and Organization and most recently as National Secretary for the Interior. Bringing years of leadership experience, institutional knowledge, and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, Mike helps shape the conversations with perspective, candor, and insight that resonate with both senior members and the younger generation.

Joining him as co-host is Marty Asturias, former head of the National Judicial Council, former Secretary-General of the Metro Manila Regional Council in 1999, and the first Chairman of the Makati Triskelion Council. Marty brings a blend of leadership experience, historical perspective, and a storyteller’s voice to the podcast, helping connect the lessons of the past with the aspirations of the present and future. As the platform grows, additional hosts and special contributors may also be introduced in future updates, further enriching the range of voices and perspectives featured in the conversations.

At its core, the podcast is designed to replicate and reflect the heart of every chapter: the tambayan — that familiar place where members gather to chat, reconnect, exchange stories, and strengthen bonds. Every Triskelion understands the value of the tambayan as more than just a physical location. It is where ideas are born, friendships are deepened, concerns are aired, plans are made, and laughter is shared. It is the living center of chapter culture.
This podcast is our digital homage to that culture.

In many ways, Tambayan is inspired by the spirit of the classic inuman session — the honest, unfiltered conversations that happen when brothers and sisters sit together, talk about life, reflect on the organization, and share perspectives on the issues that matter. Here, we bring that same energy into a platform that reaches members across chapters, cities, regions, and even across the globe.

Each session aims to open conversations on current events and developments within the fraternity and sorority, relevant organizational matters, leadership issues, community service initiatives, and the challenges and opportunities facing the brotherhood today. Beyond fraternity discussions, the podcast also explores personal growth, professional journeys, leadership lessons, and the life experiences that shape our members as individuals and as leaders in their respective communities.

As the podcast continues to grow, we also look forward to introducing new podcast titles, featured guests, alumni voices, chapter leaders, professionals, and members from various walks of life who can share their journeys, insights, and stories with the wider community.
